Were at MC Drive today, they forgot a drink. Immediately brought a new one. We didn't have time to check the bag. Was a mistake, 2 MC Chicken were missing. Annoying. Thought they would look better after that happened with the drink but unfortunately failed.

Uncoordinated and very slow order processing. In the end, the extra requests were only implemented for 50% of the burgers. System catering? Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that.

At the time of the visit the shop was closed due to Corona, the employees in the drive wore masks and gloves, the staff were friendly!

The order as well as the food we got was good, everything went quickly. There is nothing to complain about. In the evening it gets quite crowded in the parking lot, unfortunately some do not adhere to the Corona etiquette. Here the team should be more careful of this branch !!!

Great service! Thanks again to the nice gentlemen from Mc Cafe this evening, he even read the product information (without me saying anything) because I ordered something with lactose-free milk at the counter and he checked as a precaution whether I would react to anything else could. Excellent!

Too full, too tight. Pseudo transparent walls that are not high enough do not help in Corona times. The entrance area is not clearly defined, no safety distance. It will not work like that.

Waited a little longer for my order. Was take away, and 2 orders in the restaurant after me were ready beforehand.

1 star for friendliness. Order not complete. Had to go to the counter twice to get the things that were missing in the order. By then the ice had already melted. No cleanliness Trash can overflowing Since the employees clear the tables themselves, one expects that at least it will be disinfected at corona time. Unfortunately, this did not happen either. Table was dirty and it wasn't normally dirty it was dirty. Never again those McDonalds

I ordered two burgers without bacon, but received them with bacon. Can happen is not bad !! The bad thing is that you give the burger back and then simply remove the visible bacon in the kitchen and the same burger comes back with leftover bacon. I don't eat bacon. I disgust myself with bacon then something. As an excuse you get a couple of vouchers. Still it doesn't work! I think this was my last visit to McDonald's!

The garbage in the outside area was already noticed when entering the site. When we drove after about 30 minutes, it still looked the same, although an employee was outside in between. It couldn't have been the lack of staff, there were plenty of employees there. But nobody was interested in the overflowing garbage cans outside either.
